ON-LINE NOMINATIONS
For 2025 the listing and voting system has been replaced with a straightforward nomination process.
This year all companies that have a connection with the property industry, and have an office in the
county of Surrey, can be nominated for an award by their clients and industry peers.
You can nominate a Surrey property company or person that has provided excellent service in any of the
six categories below. Those making a nomination should have used the services of the company, branch
office or consultancy during the period - January 2025 to October 2025.
In order for a company, sole trader or franchise to qualify for nominations the business/person must have at least one operational office address in Surrey.

BEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICES COMPANY
To include Financial Services, Accountants, Chartered Surveyors, Engineers, Construction and Project Management Consultants, Planning Consultants, Landscape, Designers, Landscape Architects etc
PROPERTY AGENCY OF THE YEAR
Incorporating: Estate Agents, Commercial Agents and Land Agents
PROPERTY LAW FIRM OF THE YEAR
To be eligible companies must have at least one operational office in Surrey
Nominations close on Friday 24th October
No shortlist will be published and the winners in each category will be announced at the
Surrey Property Awards and Black Tie Gala Dinner on 27th November 2025
